Global Humanitarian Assistance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the survivors of humanitarian crises with the tools to overcome their circumstances. We do this by connecting those in need with food, shelter, clothing, employment, mental health care, and love that transcends borders.

ULYANA BARDyN

Ulyana Bardyn is an attorney with Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, a law firm that provides legal services to clients around the world. She represents clients across industries in complex cross-border disputes, including international commercial arbitrations, investor-state disputes, and business litigation matters. Ulyana regularly acts as counsel in arbitration cases governed by the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), including the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
An active member of the international law community, Ulyana serves as Chair of the International Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association and Co-Chair of the CPR Institute’s Steering Committee of Young Attorneys in Dispute Resolution (CPR Y-ADR). She teaches a class on advocacy in investment arbitration at Brooklyn Law School, and a course on international commercial arbitration at the Arbitration School of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association held annually in Kyiv, Ukraine. Ulyana also serves as outside legal counsel for the Ukrainian American Business and Professionals Association and the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America.
Ulyana is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

Lynsey Barron is an attorney in Atlanta, GA. Lynsey's jorney to Global Humanitarian Assistance began with a profound experience volunteering in May 2022 with World Central Kitchen in Przemysl, Poland, near the Ukrainian border. Her dedication to assisting Ukrainian refugees, coupled with her background in white-collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, and investigations, uniquely positions her to made a significant impact on GHA's mission.
In her letter of interest, Ms. Barron expressed a deep commitment to helping those affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. She recognizes that effective assistance often requires going beyond traditional aid channels, such as large organizations, and focusing on direct support to those in need. This aligns perfectly with GHA's approach, as the organization strives to provide targeted care, including mental and emotional counseling services, through projects like OPERATION: Restore Hope.
Lynsey Barron's extensive legal experiance, her passion for humanitarian work, and her strong connections make her an invaluable addition to the GHA team. Her desire to return to Ukraine to contribute to GHA's efforts underscores her unwavering commitment to the cause.

Jody Mack is a captain with Skywest Airlines. She is one of the founding members of Global Humanitarian Assistance where she has been our corporate Secretary and is now our assistant Treasurer. "I know I can lean on Jody because she is always there to help" said Fred Rudolph, the Managing Director of GHA. Jody has assisted with not just the corporate work, she has been a selfless donor of time, talent as well as material and funding for refugees from Ukraine. As a pilot, she is very aware of mission! She understands the need to plan, adjust, and always find a safe, efficient, and passenger/crew centric approach to the teams and efforts she leads. She brings that same "roll up your sleeves and get it done" attitude to her work with GHA.

The Right Reverend Gretchen M. Rehberg, Ph.D., D.Min., was ordained and consecrated on March 18, 2017, as the ninth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane.
Gretchen is passionate about proclaiming the inclusive love of God and equipping the people of God for transformation and growth. Christian formation for all ages is of vital importance to Gretchen, and she stresses the need for both rigorous engagement and the need for openness and humility in learning. She served as the Rector of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity from 2006 to 2017 after having been elected bishop in 2016.
She has an M.Div. from General Seminary, a D. Min. from Wesley Seminary, and Ph.D. in Chemistry. Previously she was a professor of organic chemistry and served her community as an EMT/firefighter.

Fred Rudolph

Fred Rudolph is the founder of Global Humanitarian Assistance.
His wife calls him a "renaissance man." He is an airline captain, a human factors engineer with a Ph.D., and someone who is always searching to help those whom he meets. Fred has a B.A. in psychology with honors from The University of the South and both an M.S. and Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Engineering Psychology/Human Factors. He's worked as a research manager, project and product manager, program manager, and manager for various aerospace firms.
Dr. Rudolph started GHA because he saw the need in Ukraine, and he wanted to help. His passion is bringing teams together to solve significant and novel problems for the benefit of others, whether a pilot, a student or a refugee.

Humanitarian International/Atlas Logistique is providing logistics and transportation services for Global Humanitarian Assistance/Ukraine-AID.CARE within Ukraine. Humanitarian International provides world-wide logistics and humanitarian aid support to other NGO's. It's current operations in Ukraine are being funded by the European Union.
BioPort is a logistics company located in the EU that provides logistics and transportation coordination and services within the European Union (EU). The EU is currently funding its logistics efforts to move humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
Provdop Dopomoga provides legal counsel in Kyiv for legal entities and non-residents. Our law firm in Ukraine has been servicing business since 2006.
Providing legal support in Ukraine, we are aware of the level of competition. Therefore, all the work of the company is aimed at long-term efficiency. We understand that this can only be achieved if our Clients return to us for services themselves and recommend us, if necessary, to their colleagues.

We need our volunteers. They have provided support in some very important areas of expertise. They have helped with our information technology infrastructure, back-end development, app and website development, pro bono legal assistance in Poland, and other projects which we hope to roll out soon.
